Call for volunteers and Interns
We are making a call for interns and volunteers who wish to work with us in the field of capacity building to grassroots organizations here in Goma, the Democratic Republic of Congo. This call for interns and volunteers will expire in November 2024. The volunteers and interns can come to Goma any time as shall be agreed with them.
Here are the positions:
1. Online Fundraising Trainer: Will train grassroots organizations about fundraising online, the volunteers should come physically to Goma, for at least 3months, and most of the work will focus on identifying grassroots organizations and training them on online fundraising,
2. Communication Volunteer: Will training grassroots organizations issues around communications, the social media, websites development, reports and planning, but also help on how draft a governing document, among others. This volunteer/intern should also be in Goma for at least a period of three (3) months,
3. English Teacher: Will train english representatives of grassroots organizations, IDP representatives and Refugee Leaders in Goma, this volunteer/interns should be phyisicaly in Goma for at least 6 months,
4. Computer Training and web designer: The volunteer/intern should be physically in Goma for at least 6 months and will focus the training on representatives of refugees, IDPs and grassroots organizations.
5. Fundraising volunteer/Intern: Should either be here in Goma or do it online
