Biodata of Muganda Nzigire Gertrude the Chairperson of the Board of Directors

I’m by the name of Muganda Nzigire Gertrude a Congolese citizen a resident of Goma, North Kivu, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. I hold in Doctorate in health and Community Development and working with the Liberal University of Great Lakes Region in Goma.I have experience in the field of Research, Administration and Project Management and for the last past years I worked with different organizations within the Civil Society in DRC. Currently I’m working on the project of reducing drug addiction among young people.I have been motivated to joining this network and bring on board my contribution in order to achieve its mission towards the young people who are to be empowered in various ways.

BIODATA OF BAHIGANA MIRHONYI Germain, the Secretary of the Board of Directors

I’m a Congolese nationality, born on 01/40/1984, in the Province of South Kivu, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. I have a Degree in Human Resources Management. I am a Human Rights Defender and Civil Society actor in North Kivu, I’m a researcher and strong advocate on human rights issues. This allows me to have considerable knowledge and become a consultant in human resources management and the management of local organizations. Currently I am Coordinator at the non-profit association Solidarity for the Promotion of Indigent Women and Families<SOPFFI> and Provincial President of the New Dynamics of Civil Society in the DRC<NDSCI> North Kivu. It is with a climate of satisfaction that I find myself a member of this Network as I have a particular interest in the promotion of forced migrant’s rights in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Birego Wendy Naomie, the Administrative Secretary of the Board of Directors

Birego Wendy Naomie is the very first young person to integrate our Board of Directors, she was born on 09/12/2000, she is still a student the Liberal University of the Great Lakes Countries in Goma where she is doing Clinical Psychology in my second degree, but also she strongly passionate with community work. She remains the model and the focal point for young people and through this opens the way to handover this department to young people. She is also our Ambassador to young girls in North Kivu and we believe that she will encourage others also to develop ambitions towards leadership and especially occupying high functions in the society.

 

Biodata of Banzi Byanone Jean Bosco the Principal Advisor of the Board of Directors

I’m by the name of Banzi Byanone Jean Bosco a Congolese citizen a resident of Goma, North Kivu, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. I hold a Master Degree in Management and Administration from La Sapientia Catholic University in Goma and I’m currently employed in the private sector. I have experience in the field of community development, research and management of projects, and for the last past years I worked with different organizations within the Civil Society in North Kivu where I have conducted Adults Literacy Programs. Currently I’m supporting some projects working on adult literacy in Nyiragongo. I have been motivated to joining this network and bring on board my contribution in order to achieve its mission towards the young people who are to be empowered in various ways. My main interest is to promote adult literacy to refugees as one way to promote their protection in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Biodata of Anaclet Masumbuko Mvano the vice chairperson of the Board of Directors of COJESKI North Kivu.  

I’m by the name of Anaclet Masumbuko Mvano a Congolese citizen a resident of Goma, North Kivu, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, I’m among the old members of COJESKI since its creation in 1993. I hold a Master Degree in Rural Development and regional planning, and working with a humanitarian organization.I have expertise in the field multi-sector in project planning and project management, monitoring and evaluation and in other in development actions, I also have experience in project management, and facilitator of the operations of local, national and international organizations, and for the last past years I worked with different organizations within the Civil Society in DRC as a volunteer and as intern in projects that promote child rights. Biodata of Kazadi Bwatu William the Assistant Advisor of the Board of Directors

I’m by the name of Kazadi Bwatu William a Congolese citizen a resident of Goma, North Kivu now living in Kinshasa, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. I hold a Degree in Public Law and I’m currently employed in the private sector but also in various humanitarian activities. I have experience in the field in advocacy, research and management of projects, and over the years I have invested most of my time the protection of refugees and Internally Displaced Persons, in the past I worked as focal point of the African Union in the situation of Refugees and IDPs in the Eastern Africa, mainly in Uganda, and for the last past years I worked with different organizations within the Civil Society in North Kivu where I set up humanitarian activities towards IDPs. It is a pleasure for me to be part of this network and to represent COJESKI North-Kivu in Kinshasa where I’m the focal point on issues affecting refugees and IDPs in the Democratic Republic of Congo, I have also the privilege to be the fundraising leader of COJESKI North Kivu at GlobalGiving. This gives me the space to do exactly what I like most and advance the issue of forced migrants in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

BIODATA of KULIHOSHI MUSIKAMI LUC THE COORDINATOR OF COJESKI NORTH KIVU

Kulihoshi Musikami Luc is Human Rights Defender engaged in the promotion of Refugee Rights in the Great Lakes Region and the same time in the promotion of peace, democracy and good governance in the Great Lakes Region of Africa. I started my activism in Bukavu South Kivu, DRCongo in 1998 under the Civil Society. I’m the Regional Coordinator of Global Refugee Leaders Forum which is one among the key actors composing COJESKI North Kivu,  I do research and advocacy on various refugee issues including trainings in Human Rights, Civic Education, Leadership and career guidance among others. I was a refugee in Uganda since 2000 up to 2020 when I was forced to leave Uganda and opted to return back home,  and I have worked with various organizations especially refugee initiatives as volunteer. Currently I’m working on the protection of refugees in eastern DRCongo mainly in Goma North Kivu a project which we started in this year 2021. My dream is to propel this network and place it on high in the field of forced migrants in DRCongo.

Biodata of Sifa Biloto Liliane the General Secretary of the Coordination in North Kivu

I’m by the name of Sifa Biloto Liliane a Congolese citizen a resident of Goma, North Kivu, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. I hold in Master Degree in Information and Technology and working with the actors in the private sector especially business operators in Goma where I play a role online. I have experience in the field Technology and Computer, administration, and for the last past years I worked with different organizations within the Civil Society in DRC as a volunteer and as intern. I have a mission to share my skills and experience with young people through this network in order to make them more a human resource, I would like to put in place a Computer Training Center here which will benefit all those who want to venture in this to gain income generating opportunities.

Biodata of Luendo Mihio Gedeon Research and Advocacy Officer of the Coordination in North Kivu  

I’m by the name of Luendo Mihio Gedeon a Congolese citizen a resident of Goma and from Masisi, North Kivu, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. I hold a Degree in Development Management and working with a humanitarian organization, but also running my own business. I have experience in development actions involved in projects, supply and security, I also have experience in Computer and Technology, research and community mobilization, and for the last past years I worked with different organizations within the Civil Society in DRC as a volunteer and as intern in projects that promote child rights. I really joined this network in order to drive my dream in the projects around food security and supporting farmers in the villages in order to produce more and sell their products, but also I wish to see farmers being supported and young people being encouraged to join farming and agriculture.

 

Biodata of  Bangirahe Maombi Godelive Head of Programme and Projects of the Coordination in North Kivu

I’m by the name of Bangirahe Maombi Godelive a Congolese citizen a resident of Rutshuru now in Goma because of the war, North Kivu, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. I hold a Degree in French and African Languages and working with a humanitarian organization. I have experience in research and advocacy in the field of human rights, especially in the promotion of women rights, engaged in reducing sexual and gender based violence against women in North Kivu, and for the last past years I worked with different organizations within the Civil Society in DRC as a volunteer and as intern in projects that promote agriculture.I really joined this network in order to drive my dream in the projects around food transformation and food chain from the villages to towns in order to support farmers. Also empowering people in Tailoring.

Biodata of Katungu Mapatano Florence the head of Gender and Social Affairs and Finance

I’m by the name of Katungu Mapatano Florence a Congolese citizen a resident of Goma, North Kivu, in the Democratic Republic of Congo. I hold a Master Degree in Commerce and financial Sciences and working with some institutions and organizations, but also running my own business. I have experience in the field of administration as marketing, account and administration. But also I have a passion in the field of reducing Gender Based Violence against women, and for the last past years I worked with different organizations within the Civil Society in DRC as a volunteer and as intern in projects that promote child rights. I have joined this Network because I have a dream to reduce malnutrition among vulnerable groups of people buy producing food that can help them to recover, especially producing flour that is nutritious for them most affected people, among them those in IDPs Camps. I like to motivate more young people to join this field and solve this problem.
