Access to justice

The struggle against all forms of injustices is one among key pillars to promote development in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

We are focusing on the following protects:

Promotion of social justice: This projects aims at understanding and challenging social injustice which affect people because of their religion, ethnicity, sex, sex gender, location, age, position in the community and all other forms of vulnerability,

Legal regime: It seek to promote the culture of law in the country and create awareness among people about the existing laws, advocate for better policies, and for the implementation of the existing policies. This project also promotes access to free legal services to most vulnerable people,

Promotion of transitional justice: In order to foster unity among members of the community, we also promote various forms of transitional justice which include Truth Telling, Dialogue, Reconciliation, Peace Building and conflict resolution among others.
